DO NOT use any of the following forms to report an emergency.

As a service to our residents, the Stickney Police Department performs what are called closed home watches. You can request to have your house on our watch list any time you go on vacation or you will be away from home for any period of time. Please fill out the form below and bring it to the Stickney Police Department in person anytime before you leave. Once you return home, you can call the Stickney Police Department at (708) 788-2131 and we will dispatch an officer to confirm you have returned home and take you off the list.

      If you wish to obtain a copy of a police report you can come to the Stickney Police Department at 6533 West Pershing Road. There is a $5.00 charge (cash only) for all copies. This fee is waved if you are a Village of Stickney resident.

      Insurance companies wishing to obtain copies of reports and send a SASE and a check made payable to the Village of Stickney in the amount of $5.00 to:

Please include as much information about the incident as possible, including the names of the insured parties, incident number and location of the incident with the date and time. The report copy will be mailed to you.
